Filling Pieces® offers a 14-day return window for all orders, ensuring that your premium footwear and apparel meet your complete satisfaction. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Filling Pieces® box and secure them within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your parcel at an authorized drop-off point; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
